Arendt Services needs a Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency (FATA) Product Owner to drive the FATA Arendt Services product roadmap powered by the two platforms provided by FIS and Fenergo.

We are looking for a senior executive with confirmed experience in operations, product ownership and the management of a suite of FATA platforms such as Fen-X (Fenergo) and/or Private Capital Suite - PCS (FIS).

The successful applicant will serve as the main liaison between the Arendt Services' Senior management team, FATA operations, vendors and IT department.

The FATA Product Owner will report to the Head of FATA Operations.

Your role:

    Manage a team of 2 core system specialists,

    Form and defend a Product Roadmap for FATA and drive the FATA go to market approach,

    Engage with key existing clients and lead client-facing projects,

    Engage with operational teams and understand their needs and provide them with a north star

    Advocate Arendt Services Roadmap in relevant forums and shape vendors roadmaps accordingly,

    Responsible for the delivery of the FATA product roadmap along with internal and external resources within budget bandwidth,

    Prioritize the delivery of initiatives and provide guidance to the delivery teams when/where appropriate,

    Facilitate risk and issue management where required with senior stakeholders and acts as escalations when needed with vendors,

    To strive continuous improvements within the platforms with an objective to ensure consistency of practices, increase operational efficiency, and enhance end user/client experience,

    Produce product roadmap success measurement metrics (KPIs) and complete post implementation reviews on a regular or on a need basis,

    Ensure FATA application support team adheres to CCSF requirements,

    Serve as point of contact for the Outsourcing Committee,

    Supervise the creation and maintenance of procedures to support handling and activities in supported applications,

    Ensure users management access in in the supported applications is line with security management policies,

    Ensure regular reviews of tickets with vendors to ensure adherence to SLA.

Your profile:

    Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as senior executive in Operations in the Alternative Investment Fund industry,

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as Product Owner in the Investment Industry,

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as people manager,

    Proven track record of in client facing activities or pre-sale activities will be considered as a plus

    Good knowledge of PCS/Investran and/or Fen-X(Fenergo) specialist and/or any similar FATA system,

    Experience in project management and business analysis will be considered as an advantage;

    Experience in supervising application support team will be a plus,

    Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with C-suite,

    You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus,

    A ‘completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success.

    Self-organized and ability to meet strict deadlines.
