Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

LEI Worldwide is a growing RegTech and the first Registration Agent (RA) who is approved by GLEIF. An Irish Funds Award Winning company that has been continuously growing since 2017.

You will receive customer queries and be tasked with bringing a successful resolution to these customer queries. You will promote services and solutions while maintaining excellent customer service and meeting your daily targets. Fully paid training will be provided with continued support throughout your career. Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage

This role will suit a driven individual who has an excellent work ethic, enjoys a target driven environment, has a passion for customer service and who would like to progress in their career. This is a 100% remote position after training.

Job location: Hybrid Work

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma or similar qualification (not essential but highly advantageous)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with business and IT systems

Able to grasp concepts and learn.

Problem-Solving Skills

Experience in the finance sector (not essential but advantageous)

Digital marketing experience advantageous.

Own PC/Laptop

Steady Internet

Duties & Responsibilities

Answering questions about a company’s products or services

Processing orders and transactions

Providing proactive customer outreach (through our proactive chat)

Handling customer queries

Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content

All customer related queries

Handling inbound sales requirements

Posting company updates across channels ensuring brand continuity

Updating internal records, CRM and systems
