Chef de Partie

Orchard Inn Limited trading as The Old Orchard Inn of 74 Butterfield Avenue, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, D14 RN96 is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join its very busy team.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

-Taking care of daily food preparation and duties to meet the standard and quality set by the restaurant

-Producing, preparing, and cooking food using fresh and high-quality ingredients in a sanitary and timely manner

-Ensuring that all menu items are prepared accordingly and are of the highest quality at all times

Candidates would be expected to have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in working as a Chef De Partie or in an equivalent role. Remuneration is €34,000 per annum and 39 hours per working week.
