PRODUCTION ENGINEER TRAINEE

We are looking for a Production Engineer Trainee for our specialty paper production at Tervakoski. Trainee period is about 18 months long, including 3-6 months job rotation to another delfort mill in Europe. This Delfort group's trainee program starts in the beginning of September 2024.

Your main tasks:

- Daily production tasks on the production line (paper machine); performance monitoring, securing production quality, problem solving, leading people, etc.

- Participation in CAPEX projects

- Various production development tasks

Your profile:

- Master or Bachelor of Science

- Knowledge of paper industry or other process industry

- Analytical problem-solving approach

- Proactive attitude and flexible approach, eagerness to learn and to develop

- Target oriented mindset

- Fast learner, willing to develop further to a bigger role in line management

- Capability and willingness to lead people

- Excellent English and Finnish skills, German is an advantage
