Job description

We are looking for a Software Testing Consultant Trainer with excellent pedagogical skills and a passion for skill development in the field. The candidate will be involved in advisory missions, particularly in the strategy, design, and execution of tests, while playing a crucial role as a trainer in our training programs.

Your mission:

    Develop innovative training programs tailored to the specific needs of clients

    Design and update training materials.

    Stay constantly informed about developments in the field of software testing to incorporate the latest trends into the catalog.

    Facilitate interactive training sessions, both in-person and remotely.

    Provide constructive feedback and ongoing assessments to optimize learning.

    Participate in and undertake occasional advisory missions in the testing domain for our clients (strategy, design, test execution).

Your profile

    You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, ideally with a qualification in computer science.

    You are ISTQB certified.

    You have at least 2 years of experience in software quality, focusing on both functional and automated aspects.

    You are proficient with testing tools such as HP ALM, Selenium, JIRA, or other similar test management tools.

    You understand and master various approaches and techniques used in testing.

    You have prior experience as a trainer.

    You are fluent in both French and English.

    You have a special affinity for teaching, especially in the context of continuous learning.

    You have the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different levels of understanding.

    You are curious and passionate about the field of testing.
