Hotel Group is looking for Sales and Marketing Executive  – New Exciting Opportunity - Dublin based

Reporting to the Group General Manager the ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Hotel Industry but not essential, a professional approach to marketing and the ability to work on their own initiative while increasing social media and sales across the group.

Requirements:

Manage their own workload

A confident, ambitious, pro-active and creative thinker with an outgoing personality who can drive new relationships as well as maintain existing ones.

An Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in groups.

Sales focused, target and results driven.

Work closely with social platforms and with external social media company to deliver appropriate content to the needs of the Hotels

Manage multiple campaigns and targets at any given time

Deliver excellent customer service by understanding in detail the customer needs and tailoring packages to meet these needs

Attend local, regional, national and international seminars, events and functions as necessary

Complete hotel onsite inspections and tours with interested parties

Possess a clean driving record and own transportation to travel to and from relevant meetings across the group

Maintain flexibility at all times to meet ever changing needs.

The ideal candidate must have:

A Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing

A Proven track record

Have experience of using Google and other platforms

Experience or have an understanding in the Corporate Market

Ability to use analytical tools to monitor and report

Have Excellent Communication and organizational Skills

Own transport essential as travel will be part of this role. Clean Full driving license required
