About the position

We are looking for a receptionist for our client, a global company in the financial industry. You will be working together with another receptionist at the office located in the center of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Your daily tasks

As a receptionist, you are the first person that all visiting clients meet. You will be answering questions from calling or visiting clients, and make sure they get the best treatment possible. Your daily tasks will include:

    Registration of incoming and outgoing letters and documents

    Taking incoming telephone calls, forwarding them to respective staff members

    Supporting customer and management/team meetings in the office (ordering catering, other supplies, etc.), ordering external facilities

    Keeping the order in the company's premises and meeting rooms’ preparation during working hours

    Ordering office supplies and monitoring the deliverables

    Issuing entrance badges for office guests and employees, monitoring security cameras during the working hours

Your characteristics

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a driven person with the ability to work proactively. You have great social skills and know how to be professional when meeting a lot of people every day. With this follows that we want you to be vaccinated. We also think you work in a structured manner and take on every task with a positive mindset. Lastly – you are very service-minded and enjoy helping others when you can.

Qualifications:

    1 year of work life experience with similar tasks, e.g., personal assistant, receptionist, or another administrative role

    Good general computer skills

    Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English and Lithuanian

Meritorious

    Knowledge in First aid (you will get a course in this as well)

Contract type and hours

Full-time position. Start in the beginning of March.
