Project Manager (Spare parts), Academic Work Consulting Oy, Espoo

Are you willing to show off with your skills in managing complex delivery projects? In this role, you will work as a Project Manager in Spare Parts team. Your will work with different stakeholders from different cultures so we except you to have excellent communication skills, systematic way of working and eagerness to work with various administrative tasks. We hope you to have some relevant work experience and technical understanding but what matters the most is your mindset and attitude! This position is a parental leave substitution.

About the role

In this role, you will have different back-office support and administrative tasks in Service business. These can include for example:

- Coordinate spare part offers (Deliver) over multiple organizational units

- Defining and following up statuses of progress over the steps of getting goods delivered, such as purchasing, quality control, logistics etc.

- Maintaining transparent communication with required organizational units and providing regular reports of progress

- Work as Project manager for Capital Spare cases being main responsible for customer communication

We are looking for

There might be tight schedules and pressure so systematical work approach is very important.

- Relevant academical background (technical, engineering, finance)

- Relevant work experience for at least one year for example from project coordinating, purchasing, vendor management or finance

- Ability to work flexible hours and to travel occasionally

- Fluent English skills (written and spoken), other languages especially Finnish, are considered as a plus
