HR Process and Reporting Migration Specialist. Dublin

Reporting to: HR Projects Manager

Location: BWG Foods Head Office, Tallaght

Core Responsibilities:

    Map current internal HR processes within the Retail and Wholesale estate. Identify gaps and develop KPIs with the process owners in each division to ensure current functionality exceeded and in line with Irish legislation.

    Collate, process, review and analyse the business requirements for both Retail and Wholesale Operations divisions.

    Identify opportunities to standardise internal processes between both the Retail and Wholesale business units to ensure maximum efficiency for the HR team while maintaining standards in Irish legislative and best practice.

    Analyse data and participate in workshops to identify improvement areas across both BWG Foods direct HR team and BWG Retail HR Services team.  Identify and propose content for workshops directed at data owners within the Retail Operations and Wholesale Operations divisions.

    Review the efficiency of HR processes from a cost and resource perspective and recommend improvements in line with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

    Working knowledge and experience of MegaHR, Softworks Clockwise, Softworks Configuration and SAP in HR.

    In-depth knowledge and experience of HR processes within a Wholesale and Retail environment.

    Previous experience in an administrative role.

    Be educated to minimum Degree level (in a HR discipline) and/or have an Irish Employment Law qualification.

    Excellent organisational and analytical skills.

    The ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.

    The successful candidate may be required to travel to Company locations within Ireland.
