MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

•    Chef qualifications of at least 2 years

•    Recent previous experience in a busy, but organised 4/5 Star hotel/restaurant kitchen - Prep and Pastry experience a distinct advantage

•    Adherence to Food Safety and HACCP procedures

       Daytime - afternoon hours

•    Ability to work well on their own initiative

•    Highly motivated and excellent communication skills

•    Honest, reliable and hardworking

•    Able to work as part of a team

•    On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply
