We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Pitman Training Course Advisor in our Limerick office. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential students in identifying courses that align with their career objectives and facilitating their journey towards self-directed learning success. You will also have the opportunities for further professional development via My pitman platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their career aspirations and helping them choose the most suitable self-directed learning courses.

Course Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and Pitman Training course offerings to provide accurate and informed guidance.

Career Advice: Offer directed advice to help potential customers align their educational choices with long-term career goals.

Relationship Building and follow through: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring course completion.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of Pitman Training courses for career development.

On-Boarding Assistance: Assist potential students in getting started on their chosen course, providing guidance on enrolment procedures and finance/ payment options

Knowledge/qualifications

Professional qualifications in Business or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of computers in an office environment

Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

Previous Sales Experience

Functional skills

Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills

Enthusiastic and can cope well under the pressure of working in a fast-paced environment

Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to priorities, to escalate matters and to multitask

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Ability to make effective judgements on available data

Problem Solving and Influence Students

Ability to inspire a prospective student with a clear vision and purpose
