Baking a range of scones, cakes, tarts, traybakes, and breads, following Skerries Mills recipes.

Baking has taken place on site since 1840 and our produce is enjoyed by regular customers and overseas visitors.

We are a busy community Cafe with high standards.

Open 7 a week, this role includes Saturdays and Sundays.

The candidate will maintain excellent standards of hygiene and have great attention to detail, they will have the ability to take direction and work alone in the bakery area, as well as effective time management and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist in other areas of the kitchen if required and have a passion for baking and sweet produce.

Part-time 2/3 morning- to mid-afternoon each week.
