We are looking for an English-speaking Operations Support - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role

As an Operations Support on our team, you will:

- Act as the point of contact between Geo leader and internal customers

- Conduct research for projects on behalf of Geo leader

- Organize internal events

- Manage databases and filing systems; implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

- Act as Geo single point of contact on all information related budget

Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you:

- Are native or proficient level in French and advanced level of English

- Have proven work experience as a Personal Assistant and Program manager

- Have MS Office proficiency

- Have outstanding organisational and time management skills

- Can multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Have Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Have a High School degree
