Manager:in Base Maintenance Planning & Base Maintenance Workpackage Planning (all gender) (Fluggerätmechaniker/in - Instandhaltungstechnik)

Stellenangebotsbeschreibung:

- Ensure planning of maintenance down times in cooperation with the continuing airworthiness engineering department

- Ensure coordination of aircraft maintenance ground time with fleet, network department and publication thereof in IT system AMOS®, Netline and LIVE

- Conduct regular coordination meeting with Network/Revenue Management department in order to coordinate the initial planning as well as coordinating necessary adaptions and/or mitigations in case of operational disruptions

- Support of the Contract Execution Manager in the collaboration with Base Maintenance Procurement during contract negotiations for subcontracting of aircraft maintenance to third party MROs

- Ensure preparation of work packages for base maintenance events at MROs

- Report back work package (including redistribution of open / deassigned tasks)

- Coordinate deassigned WO`s/Task etc. with Austrian Airlines Line Maintenance Planning

- Considering major requirements falling due with a time horizon of up to 5 years in advance and optimize upcoming workpackages accordingly

Ihr Profil:

- Commercial or Technical education within Aviation Maintenance Industry or a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or production planning within a large organization

- 5 years+ of experience in a technical division in the aviation sector (maintenance organization of an airline or MRO-CAMO/AMO)

- Successfully completed apprenticeship and at least 3 years of work experience in the subject

- German and English fluent (oral and written)

- AMOS experience as an advantage

- Proactive team player with independent style of working

- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment

- Unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
