Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.

Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure for enhanced productivity and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives and promote operational efficiency.

Utilize modern tools and technologies for automated deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, driving continuous enhancement of IT services and support mechanisms.

Managing and maintaining hardware and printing infrastructure.

Participate in the implementation and deployment of SLG group's projects.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong foundation in system administration and network management.

Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, including experience with administration and configuration.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management principles.

Technical and Personal Skills:

Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with strong problem-solving abilities.

Strong Service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Proactive attitude and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and developments in technology.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and to be a great Team player.

Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

French, English skills (spoken and written) – German and Luxemburgish are an advantage.
