Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of talented full-stack engineers, fostering an environment of innovation and growth.

• Strategic Development: Play a pivotal role in the architectural and strategic planning of our software, ensuring alignment with our mission and customer needs.

• The role requires hands-on leadership, as well as a productive Full Stack Developer.

• Collaboration and Innovation: You will be a part of the Management Team. 

Who We're Looking For:

• Future/experienced Leader: Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar leadership role, with a passion for mentoring and team development.

• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in PostgreSQL, Python/Django, Javascript/React/Next.js, with a keen eye for innovative solutions and technologies. Experience with integration between multiple services (both external and internal) through REST APIs using HTTP, Oauth2 and other similar standards is also a large plus. Knowledge of Google Cloud and Vercel is appreciated as well.

• Visionary: Someone who sees beyond the code to impact our customers and local food producers.

• Excellent Communicator: Clear, concise communication skills in both Norwegian and English, capable of bridging the gap between technology and business needs.
