Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

We're growing and expanding our Finnish speaking team in beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria! This is a great opportunity for Finnish language speakers to experience life abroad while gaining work experience, relocation package included.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Analyst in a Fintech Account with Finnish and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will: Provide solutions to questions/inquiries encountered in money transfer transactions or forward the issue to the relevant units.

Provide timely reply and accurate information on the client's request.

Assist customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Skills and requirements:

- B2 or above proficiency in Finnish is a must.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- No experience in a similar role needed.
