Responsibilities;
Operations Coordination
Client management
Team Management
KPI & SLA Management
Managing & Maintaining our Operational platforms
Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures
Travel Regionally as required
Prepare and maintain security records and complete routine statistical reports.
Managing workload effectively
Communicating with employees & clients
Maintaining, updating and retrieving data held on the company's platforms
Preparing Operational & Clients Reports
Supporting various company departments
Requirements;
Proven experience in Management / Supervisory roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle)
Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suite’s and other rerelevant software
General Requirements;
Flexibility in relation to working schedule
