CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - NORDICS

This is the initial core resource for the business development of StarCruiter Nordics & UK AS (Ltd.) reporting to the owners and chair. We are looking for a strong personality with a hands-on approach and a solid knowledge of the staffing and recruitment business here in Norway and strong initiative for our scaling to Sweden, Finland and Denmark 2024-2025. You have to be self-motivating with a vast business acumen and network, as you are totally focused on building the company, by recruiting key players and generating new business after only 3 months. Apart from understanding the intricacies of HR, you should ideally also have juicy sales and marketing results to back your application.

MUSTS:

✪ Minimum of 5 consecutive years of highly successful results from the staffing & recruitment industry.

✪ You have a degree in HRM, sales, and/or marketing.

✪ Trustworthy personality with an immense sense of integrity and humanity.

✪ A true people person who thrives in helping colleagues and clients alike.

✪ Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.

✪ Microsoft 365 + CRM tools.

✪ A vast, updated business network of both clients and talents.

NICE TO HAVE:

✪ SEO tool skills.

✪ Google/Meta advertising skills.

✪ CMS skills.

✪ Benchmark 12M: additional 2% of shares in the parent company.
