Pilot training includes type rating training as well as license maintenance and extension training (e.g. instructor training) for pilots after basic training on behalf of our customers. After successfully completing the training, the pilots return to their flight operations.

- Interface to the main customer SWISS and other customer airlines

- Functional and disciplinary management of the instructors, including ensuring their standardization

- Ensuring the implementation of all training content in compliance with legal requirements and customer requirements

- Quality assurance of the training

- Creation of relevant syllabi and active support in updating all training media

- Coordination and cooperation with relevant interfaces, e.g. simulator engineering, ATO&OPS management and planning

Ihr Profil:

In addition to many years of experience as a pilot and instructor in flight operations or training organizations of the Lufthansa Group, you should bring the following with you:

- TRIr or SFI authorization for Airbus A220

- Leadership skills and practical experience in EBT/CBTA

- Broad knowledge of EASA regulations

- High level of commitment and flexibility, combined with independence

- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills, complemented by intercultural skills, strong customer orientation and team spirit

- IT affinity and good MS Office skills

- Willingness to travel for business
