Hos Sushi & More har vi rigtig travlt og vi mangler kontinuerligt erfarne og dygtige kokke på fuldtid til tilforberedelse, tilberedning og indretning af asiatiske mad, servicering af gæster, fødevarekontrol.

Krav til stillingen:

Har minimum 3 års erfaring og færdigheder indenfor det vietnamesiske mad, inklusive de populære retter, råvarerne og tilberedningen af disse (pho, bun bo hue, bun thit nuong, cha gio, com tam, bo kho, banh xeo osv.) eller kinesiske/japansk mad.

Behersker dansk eller vietnamesisk til daglig kommunikation med dine kolleger

Fleksibilitet til at tage vagter ved sygemeldinger

Er god til at arbejde selvstændigt og i forskellige hold

Er i altid i besiddelse af et godt humør på trods af modvind

Har altid et godt overblik og er på forkant med dine arbejdsopgaver

 At Sushi & More we are very busy and we are constantly in need of experienced and skilled chefs for fulltime to preparation, preparation and decoration of Asian food, serving guests, food control.

 Requirements for the position:

 Have at least 3 years of experience and skills in Vietnamese including the popular dishes, the ingredients and their preparation (pho, bun bo hue, bun thit nuong, cha gio, com tam, bo kho, banh xeo, etc.) or Chinese/Japanese food  .

 Fluent in Danish, English or Vietnamese for daily communication with your colleagues

 Flexibility to take shifts when sick

 Is good at working independently and in different teams

 Are you always in possession of a good mood despite headwinds

 Always has a good overview and is at the forefront of your work tasks
