If you are:

· Living in Czech Republic (outside of Prague)

· An open and friendly person and like to connect with people

· Proficient in English and German, interested in using it on a daily basis

· Experienced in customer service (that is a big plus)

How will your days look like?

· Helping customers with their different requests (through different channels)

· Being the link between our partners and customers

· Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers as well as co-workers and supervisors
