Responsibilities As a marketing designer/art director you will be a part of the marketing team, providing creative insights and contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns, playing a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring a visually compelling presence across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Oversee and coordinate with designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work that meets our standards and deadlines Maintain the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency across all communication channels Design engaging and visually appealing newsletters that effectively communicate our messages to our audience Create captivating visuals for our social media platforms that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience Design eye-catching banners for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they effectively convey our brand message Develop informative and visually striking infographics to present complex information in an easily understandable format Design print materials such as flyers and brochures for our B2B customers, maintaining a balance between creativity and professionalism Ensure brand consistency across all marketing projects and materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with overall marketing strategies Your Profile Minimum 3 years of professional experience in creating marketing-driven digital designs, preferably within a digital agency Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
