The solar energy industry is undergoing significant and exciting changes. BRIGHT Products (BRIGHT) is a small, Norwegian solar product company catering to anyone who needs to be less dependent on the electrical grid, whether by choice or because of living in off-grid or badly-grid areas. We offer and sell our products to International humanitarian organizations and commercial businesses globally.

Arbeidsoppgaver

As a Sales Manager at BRIGHT, you will be part of the Sales and Partnerships team promoting our brand and selling our products and services to customers worldwide*.* You will focus primarily on the commercial business side where you will develop sales strategies, develop new sales channels, generate new leads, conduct sales meetings, and represent the company at conferences and international events. The position will involve traveling and requires flexibility since the workload fluctuates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish BRIGHT Products in new markets.
  • Develop the commercial sales segment at BRIGHT
  • Bring new partners into our customer portfolio and work closely with existing customers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Budget and results for your customer portfolio.
  • Plan and facilitate partner meetings.
  • Lead and coordinate sales processes.

The role will also involve analyzing the market and competitors and developing strategic plans to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications/ skills:

  • Relevant higher education (Bachelor/Master).
  • Relevant work experience in sales, business development and/or marketing with proven results.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to acquire industry knowledge quickly.
  • Fluent in oral and written English. Norwegian is a plus.

Vi tilbyr

The sales manager position is fulltime with offices in Oslo. The ideal start-date is 1st of June, but we will be flexible for the right candidate.

We offer competative salary, with bonus program, health insurance and good pension arrangements.
