Site Electrician. Irlanda

Job Title: Electrician

Reporting To: Site Supervisor

Location: Johnstown, Navan

Hours of work: 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am to 2pm, 1-hour lunch.

MDE Installations have a fantastic opportunity for fully qualified Electricians to join our Contracting team on an ongoing project at Johnstown Educational Campus.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have proven professional experience within the electrical industry in the capacity of a Qualified Electrician.

Qualifications:

•    A minimum electrical qualification of any of the following:

           - QQI Level 5.

       - QQI Level 6

           - City and Guilds Level 3 electrical qualification.

•    Valid CSR/Safe Pass.

Responsibilities:

•    Undertake high quality electrical installations as per the specifications of the project.

Essential requirements:

•    A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

•    Possess the ability to demonstrate your experience and display great knowledge and good working

        practice.

•    Safety conscious with knowledge of RAMs and current Health and Safety Regulations.

•    Confident in working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to carry out and complete installation works as instructed.

•    Excellent attendance and punctuality.

•    Tenacious work ethic.

Desirable requirements:

•    IPAF MEWP Training.

•    PASMA Scaffolding Training.

•    Manual Handling

•    Abrasive Wheels

•    Experience in a similar role.
