We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Production Manager & Social Media Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and strategic implementation of innovative production workflows, as well as driving engagement and growth across various social media platforms for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Production Workflows:

Develop and manage innovative production workflows for 20-30 studio-based deliverables monthly, addressing internal and client relation challenges.

Act as a single point of contact across agency departments and external stakeholders to coordinate production and creative strategies for high-value content pieces.

Content Creation and Direction:

Develop, produce, and creatively direct studio-quality video/still productions for renowned Irish and international brands/organizations monthly.

Ideate and execute tailored content plans leveraging seasonality and content pillars for impactful storytelling across platforms.

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

Consult, develop, and implement creative strategies for renowned Irish and international clients across TikTok and META Platforms, driving continuous innovation and engagement/reach growth.

Assist in strategic planning and management of paid social spend across multiple brands on TikTok and META platforms.

Audience Engagement and Growth:

Execute daily trend research and community management to improve brand relevance and engagement.

Manage influencer relations and campaigns to enhance brands' credibility and reach.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Generate monthly internal and client-facing reports on key data points for performance improvement.

Implement internal strategies to optimize content workflows for adaptability and data-driven decision-making.

Client Communication and Project Management:

Conduct weekly client meetings and manage communication/project management for brands' social media strategies, ensuring alignment and clear feedback channels between agency and brand.

Financial Management:

Establish and manage the agency's day-to-day expense tracker to streamline cost tracking across client accounts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in creative production management, marketing, and social media strategy.

Experience as producer and production manager for high-quality video and stills content.

Proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth across various social media platforms.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
